A. R. Boone Construction is a Detroit-based project and construction management company dedicated to guiding owners through every phase of the construction process—from pre-construction planning through final closeout. We proudly serve as the owner’s representative, providing leadership, coordination, and oversight to ensure each project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest professional standards.

We are also certified as a Section 3 Business Concern and certified with MSHDA, reinforcing our commitment to supporting economic opportunity and strong project outcomes in the communities we serve.

With more than two decades of experience in the construction industry, our team understands the complexities owners face—cost control, scheduling, coordination, communication, and contractor performance. A. R. Boone Construction manages projects from inception to completion, offering flexible services tailored to support owners, architects, and contractors. In addition to owner-focused project and construction management, we self-perform and have performed construction final cleaning on active job sites, along with providing final cleaning management services. This allows us to maintain direct control over quality, safety, and scheduling while also relieving project managers, superintendents, and executive teams from the time-intensive coordination required during closeout.

We are proud to also offer an Entrepreneurial Construction Training program under our dedicated training division. This program empowers individuals and small businesses to learn the essentials of business ownership, construction finance, final cleaning and janitorial operations, customer service, and blueprint reading for estimating. Through this training, we equip the next generation of construction entrepreneurs with the skills they need to succeed.

Our final cleaning management services are designed to streamline the closeout phase by overseeing cleaning scopes, sequencing, manpower coordination, quality control, and punch-list readiness. By managing this process, we help reduce distractions for field leadership, allowing them to stay focused on inspections, turnover, and overall project performance.
